Both Facebook and LinkedIn have made permanent changes to their social APIs preventing third-party applications from connecting and posting to personal accounts. Mainely Web's Webmail included a Social Compose feature that allowed users to post to personal Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts through Webmail.
As of August 14, 2019, Social Compose will be removed from the Webmail interface.
Mainely Web will be upgrading its storage platform software starting at 23:30 EDT on May 21, 2019. The maintenance period is scheduled to conclude at 06:00 EDT on May 22, 2019. During the active maintenance period of 00:15 through 05:00 EDT there may be degraded performance for database access, email access, and web server access.
On March 1, 2018, Mainely Web will begin the process of upgrading the default PHP version for all customers from version 7.1 to version 7.2. Mainely Web will be ending support for PHP version 5.6 but continue to support PHP 7.1 until March 2020 if the customer manually chooses PHP 7.1 in the control panel.
If your website uses some deprecated functionality from PHP 7.1 and it's not updated prior to March 1, 2019, there may be issues with the website operation unless you manually select PHP 7.1 in the PHP Manager. This solution will only work until March 2020, after which time all customers will need to move to PHP version 7.2 or newer.
The PHP Manager has already been updated to offer the selection of PHP 7.2 right now without having to wait for the automatic switch-over.
To set your website to PHP 7.2, please follow these steps
